The lab works on the interface of physical and biological engineering/sciences.

 

The idea of the group is simple; we want to understand how nanoparticles can have a positive impact on global health issues particularly in remote and/or under-resourced settings. In an effort to ensure that the work carried out is practical, each stage from fundamental understanding right through to translation is comprehensively studied. To achieve this different syntheses, spectroscopies and techniques are employed by the group to enhance scientific understanding.
